Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TIN Validator's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use TIN Validator's API and services for commercial or personal purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in TIN Validator's services;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. API Usage

Your use of the TIN Validator API is subject to the following terms:

  • You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your API keys;
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
  • You must comply with rate limits and quotas associated with your subscription plan;
  • You must not attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions;
  • You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, TIN Validator does not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  • The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable;
  • Any errors in the software will be corrected.

5. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on our fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time. If you dispute any charges, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and are generally not available for partial months of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TIN Validator shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the service. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Data Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our validation rules based on OECD documentation, TIN Validator does not guarantee that all validations are legally binding or 100% accurate. Users should verify critical information through official channels.

9. Modifications to Service

TIN Validator reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TIN Validator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
